Drew Nowakowski, D.O.
Dr. Nowakowski received his medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed Family Medicine Residency training at Promedica Toledo Hospital. Dr. Nowakowski is also fellowship trained in Primary Care Sports Medicine. He has a background in sports medicine and his special interests include ultrasound guides injections, osteopathic manipulation, musculoskeletal diagnostic ultrasound, treatment of tendonitis, regenerative medicine (platelet rich plasma, prolotherapy, stem cell), concussion management and fracture care.
Andrew Bowlus, P.A.
Andrew Bowlus, is a certified Physician Assistant with experience in emergency, urgent and occupational care. A graduate of the University of Toledo Medical College, he holds certifications in BLS, ACLS and PALS, and is credentialed by the NCCPA. He brings a strong focus on efficient injury treatment, return-to-work strategies and collaborative care. As part of the Independence Health Employer Services team, Andrew is committed to helping businesses keep their workforce healthy and supported.
Tracy Collum, APRN-CNP
Tracy Collum, APRN-CNP, brings a strong background in nursing and occupational medicine to the Independence Health Employer Services team. A native of Lambertville, Michigan, she earned her nursing degrees from Owens Community College and Spring Arbor University. Tracy previously served as a Nurse Practitioner with ProMedica 360 Health, gaining experience in occupational health, urgent care and medical surveillance.
She is passionate about providing quality care to working populations and values the opportunity to support both employees and local businesses.
